RevAds ("we," "us," or "our") operates revads.app and getrevads.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

- Your business profile information (business name, industry, ad goals)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details)
Information from Google
When you connect your Google Ads account, we access data through the Google Ads API, including:
- Campaign structure (campaigns, ad groups, ads)
- Keyword lists and match types
- Ad copy and responsive search ads
- Search term reports
- Performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions)
- Account settings and billing thresholds
We access only the data necessary to provide our service.
Information collected automatically
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- Usage data (features used, audit history, actions taken)
2.How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Run automated audits of your Google Ads account
- Generate keyword suggestions, ad copy recommendations, and negative keyword lists
- Apply approved changes to your Google Ads account on your behalf
- Send you audit results and product updates
- Process your subscription payments
- Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI agents
- Respond to your support requests
We do not use your Google Ads data to serve you ads, build advertising profiles, or sell your data to third parties.
3.Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
RevAds' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We use Google Ads data only to provide and improve features directly visible within RevAds
- We do not use your Google data to serve advertisements
- We do not allow any person to read your Google data unless you have given explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or we are required to do so by law
- We do not transfer your Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide our service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition (with prior notice to you)
4.How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, and only as needed to operate RevAds:

Google Ads data fetched during an audit is used to generate your report and recommendations. We do not store raw Google Ads API data beyond what is needed to display your audit results.
6.Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encrypted database storage
- Access controls limiting which team members can access user data
- Secure OAuth token storage via Nango

7.Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Disconnect your Google Ads account at any time

8.Children's Privacy
RevAds is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Your continued use of RevAds after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
